Basic Pranayama (Breathing Techniques) and 12 basic asanas are taught systematically. Attending this course for a week helps the participants to exercise Yoga asanas more independently in their daily life. This intensive practice of yoga and meditation for a week has also a tremendous effect on our physical and mental health. It will certainly help participants to reduce stress and tension from their body. Inner peace, life balance and healing are some of the effects of regular Yoga practice.
